Cuttlebrook Nature Reserve – October-December 2023

To celebrate the 30th Anniversary

The Cuttle Brook is a 13-hectare Local Nature Reserve in Thame.  with diverse habitats.  Owned by Thame Town Council, it is maintained by a team of enthusiastic volunteers.  Visit the exhibition and discover the rich diversity of wildlife on Thame’s award-winning nature reserve.

There will be lots of photographs and video footage from cameras on the reserve of wildlife inhabiting the area.

Discover the conservation activities that show how the reserve has changed, developed, and improved over the thirty years of being a local nature reserve. Learn about the history of the site, and more importantly, the vision for future conservation.

Better still, after visiting the exhibition, take a walk through the reserve itself.  A quick, circular walk can take just twenty minutes. If you have an hour or more, there’s a network of paths with plenty to see – and it’s different every time you visit.

Would you like to join in?

There are plenty of opportunities for bird-watching, making surveys, keeping records of plants and wildlife, and taking photographs. But you don’t have to be an expert….

Come to be inspired by Cuttle Brook as a resource for the arts, or just to enjoy its beauty, variety, freedom, peace and quiet.
