ARTS AWARD DISCOVER

We are delighted to announce that we are now a registered Arts Award centre.

We will initially be offering Arts Award Discover level courses for 5-9 year olds, or in some instances 6-9 year olds, depending on the content. The Discover level is an introductory award, certificated by Trinity College London. The course encourages children to develop a understanding of a range of art forms, take part in art activities and develop a basic understanding of communications.

The course will provide opportunities for children to :

Participate in art activities
Research artists and their work
Share their arts discovery

During the course children will develop their own individual arts logs to show what they have done. Successful completion of the course leads to the award of a certificate from Trinity College London.
